SIGNS & AIRBRUSHING

1.What does the 6 month warranty include?
Your limited warranty will last for only 6 months, 3
months if you install it or supply it.   It only incudes
materials and manufacturing flaws or workmanship.
If  a warranty resolution is required, KKG will
assess the damage or defect(s) and rule whether
replacement or repair is warranted. My say is the final
say. If any underhanded actions are noted,
  your  warranty will be void.

2.What if I decide I don't like the product?
You have agreed to the terms of the contract by
providing your deposit prior to the commencement of the
contract. Thus you agreed to the terms of the contract.
It is also stated on every page of this site  that by
ordering from me you are agreeing to the terms
and policies of KKG and understand what you
are buying from me, otherwise known as
  Kevin's KIller Graphics.

3.Are deposits refundable?
No. Funds are not ever refundable. Just close the
contract by paying KKG out and enjoy your product.
If you back out of the contract, you back out of the
deposit. Although in some cases I will keep your
  deposit alive via future credit.

4.What if my product is vandalled?
You are welcome to a 20% discount (with deposit) of a
'repro' or repair of whatever the little bastards did to your
product. A new six month warranty, with signature, will
begin. 3 months if you installed it or supplied it.

5.Can I use power washers?
No. Power washers can literally blast your product
right off the support structure (mounted surface).
Only wipe clean with an old shamois and VERY mild
soapy water. Any other method will void your
warranty. Airbrushing is obviously ok with the work
   clear coated.

6.What if I screw up my install?
If, you payed attention to the install instructions I have
laboured to provide for FREE on this site, that should
not have happened. Those who install themselves
have a 3 month warranty against defects. Your
craftmanship is void in this setting. If you
wrecked it, you wrecked it. Buy another from me.

7.How do I remove my vinyl product?
The best way to remove vinyl on glass is with WD-40
and a dull(ish) paint scraper. On metal, purchase a
'Eraser Wheel' from any automotive supply store. It
easily attaches to your common drill. Go against
the spin as you draw along and it comes off
like butter. Use Windex to clean after. On wood, lift
a corner of the object so your fingertips can hold it.
Lightly pull on it with a 45 degree angle so approx-
imately 1/4" -1" of the vinyl is offf the installed dest-
ination ( I find using the knuckle closest to your
nail on index with thumb on adhesive side acts
like a cantalever to provide a little give). Release
fingers and relax. Repeat this process until object
is completely removed. If there is moisture under
the paint of the wood, or if you are too rowdy with
it, you WILL pull the paint off! So go easy or you
will be restoring the paint on the moist wood, which
   almost never works.

8.Can I transfer warranty if the product
    is a gift?

Yes, I can do that for you. Just inform me of whom it
is and I will add thier name to the contract. This
entitles the 'gifted' one a 3 month warranty.

9.Can I use soapy water to install vinyl?
No. I know many use this method, but the old school
boys do not. Soap has phosphates in it, even if the
product SAYS it doesn't.,This corrodes adhesive
thus killing the products life span quickly.
Just measure twice, apply once, and follow the
   install instructions that you downloaded.

10.What if I am a graphic supplier? Do I
    have warranty?
Yes, of course you do. Just provide the 3 month
warranty that I provided to you the supplier. You also
have the option of getting your customer to contact me
directly for warranty. All commercial suppliers with my
products get a 3 month warranty. If you want to keep
being the middle man to maintain your customer base,
then 'you' deal with me for warranty.
FINE ART

1.Is there a warranty with fine art?
Your art is art. If you purchased art from me, take
care of it. I can't replace originals, they are original.
With prints I can provide you with a new one, but
it will not be the limited edition number you
purchased from me, and you will pay for it.

2.Do you do portraits?
Nope. I have a long history with photo restoration
and I just dont have the stomach for it anymore.
   You may have noticed there
are a few portaited depictions on my site, but I
did those for me by my choice and they are
   surrealism not realism.

3.What about realism?
I can't stand realism. I did it for many years and
once in a gallery a prospective buyer said that I
draw the way Bateman paints, at which point I
'literally' went out into the alley and barfed. I
never drew realism again. I also fired my agent.

4.Is my original art protected?
Yes, I apply a matte finish protective clear coat
to minimize damage from grubby little fingers and
flying beer mugs. Framing is your effort, even
though I have an extensive history of skill with it.

5.What is this I hear about touch-ups?
I will NOT touch up original work, nor prints, if
they get damaged. Buy more art from me!

6.Do you formally display your art?
Yes, I do on occasion. If you bought original work
from me, then I already have your contact
information, and I may contact you to include the
piece(s) in an art showing. At this point, the
plaquard will clearly state the owner of the art piece
or say it is in a private collection and not for sale.
I will return your piece after the show in the same
condition as you gave it to me.

7.Can I sell your art?
Yes, everything is for sale. But it would be cool if
you contact me and let me know where it is going.
I also hope you make a decent killing on it.

8.Are you formally trained?
I am 'everything' trained. Old school, new school,
college, all of it. Read my vitae.

9.How do I start a commission with you?
Just go to my contact page, or walk up my drive
way from 10am to 5pm, monday to friday. My
   weekends are for me.

5.What media do you employ?
Primarily, graphite, prisma colour pencils, acrylics,
laquers, oil pastel, and inks. But I am an artist, I
will use whatever I need to get the message across.

Otherwise I have created with soap stone, I have
blown glass, I am a year and a half away from a
degree in small metals and there is a lot of my
work I sandblasted on glass and mirror, which I
rather enjoy. I just wish people would be more
imaginative and not contract me for unicorns,
sea side landscapes or western motif.
